We provide Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examinations for commercial drivers who are required to meet the medical standards established by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). A DOT physical is designed to ensure that drivers are medically qualified to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle while protecting both the driver and the public.
During your examination, we will review your medical history, current medications, vision, hearing, blood pressure, vital signs, and overall physical health. Depending on your medical history, additional documentation may be required for certain conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, sleep apnea, seizure disorders, or other chronic medical conditions. If you meet the FMCSA medical standards, a Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) may be issued for up to 24 months, although shorter certification periods may be necessary for ongoing monitoring of certain medical conditions.
Bring to your appointment:
Valid driver's license or government-issued photo ID
List of current medications (including dosages)
Glasses, contact lenses, or hearing aids if you use them
CPAP compliance reports (if applicable)
Specialist clearance letters or recent medical records for chronic health conditions, if requested.
Our goal is to provide an efficient, professional examination while helping you understand the FMCSA medical requirements and keeping you safely on the road.

We provide comprehensive sports and school physicals to help children, adolescents, and young adults meet participation requirements while promoting their overall health and safety. During the examination, we review medical history, growth and development, vision, vital signs, heart and lung health, musculoskeletal function, and any medical conditions that could affect participation in school or athletic activities. Our goal is to identify potential health concerns, answer questions, and ensure each student is ready to safely participate in sports, extracurricular activities, and the upcoming school year. We complete the required forms during your visit whenever possible, making the process convenient for both students and parents.
The Process
Plan with Purpose
Every treatment plan begins with understanding your unique story, goals, and challenges—not just your symptoms. Together, we create an individualized plan that may include medication management, lifestyle changes, therapy recommendations, and wellness strategies designed to support long-term success. The goal is not simply symptom control, but helping you move toward the life you want to live.
Collaborate Openly
You’re part of the process. The best healthcare happens through partnership and honest communication. Your questions, concerns, and preferences matter, and decisions are made together with transparency and mutual respect. We believe informed patients are empowered patients.
Adapt to Your Needs
Healthcare is not one-size-fits-all. Every person is different, and we stay flexible and responsive to ensure the process fits your needs—not the other way around
Referrals
Sometimes the best care involves a team approach. When additional support is needed, we can connect you with trusted therapists, counselors, specialists, community resources, and support services to ensure comprehensive care. Our goal is to help you access the right resources at the right time.
